INFORMATION AND CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Having read the information below, the interested party expressly accepts the registration and processing of their data for the purpose of sending contact emails by submitting the form, duly completed in all mandatory fields, by pressing the "send" button.
The submission of personal data constitutes authorization for its processing pursuant to Article 10 of Law 185/99.
Information pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code:

b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers, or agents.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification, or, where interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this requirement involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
